For months I’ve been getting this feeling of anxiety when I wake up, this is the first time I have not felt anxious in the morning. I woke up feeling great! The meditation really helped me. I’m genuinely shocked (in a good way). I went shopping today and am going to have a salt bath tonight and practice some more meditating. I immediately felt at ease in her presence because she exudes extremely healing and grounding energy. She effortlessly guided the session and let it flow where it needed to go.
